Abdulmajeed Al Balushi
Abdulmajeed is the Paradigms’ Managing Partner. He has been leading organizational transformation and development projects through out the region. He is an expert in building national capabilities as well as organizational and digital transformation.
Abdulmajeed is a highly sought-after business leader with a strong track record of managing and leading change. He brings over a decade of GCC experience in organizational transformation, business management, and digital transformation. He has worked in many sectors and industries including Civil Service, Infrastructure, Information Technology, Oil and Energy, Maritime and Shipping, Mining and Metal, Investment and Management Consultancy. Abdulmajeed led organizational transformation for clients in Oman, Kuwait, KSA and UAE.
Abdulmajeed has significant experience and versed in many facets of business. He has helped implement and roll out their HR Strategies in numerous companies and is very capable at implementing and developing strong HR governance systems. In several past projects with GCC companies, he has been instrumental in designing and implementing organization transformation initiatives.
Abdulmajeed has published several articles in region as well as USA, UK & Australia. His latest book is Mandomat Al Enjaz (Arabic)
